Returns & Refunds

  1. Gift Vouchers purchased online can not be refunded. They may be exchanged for treatments or products in store, up to the face value of the voucher

  2. Gift Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash

  3. Change will not be given if the total amount spent does not exceed the value of a Gift Voucher. A new Gift Voucher may be provided to the value of the difference between that spent and the original Gift Voucher

  4. Refunds will only be made if the manager has witnessed the result of a treatment and deems a refund is fair

  5. Refunds will not be given if it is thought a client has not undertaken any pre or after care advice given by the therapist

    6.
